We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to engage with key partners by building and preserving win-win relationships. You're always on the lookout for opportunities to grow revenue and build positive relationships with new partners. When tackling problems, you use your strategic, techy, and analytical superpowers to find solutions that deliver maximum results.

 

about you: this position is for team players who embrace innovation and tech to source and build partner relationships. The perfect candidate implements data-driven strategies aligned with our core principles that determine satisfaction for partners and their customers.   

 

Ultimately, the perfect candidate drives revenue growth for the company and our partners revenues through multiple approaches. These include expertise in product offering, providing partner training to ensure effective distribution, managing the implementation of growth strategies, and proactively engaging cross-functionally with internal teams.

 

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:

 

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key partners
  • Resolve partner complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keep partners updated on the latest products and marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Meet with teams internally to plan strategically
  • Grow revenue by upselling and cross-selling
  • Understand and address travelers needs relevant to each partner
  • Use data to create and conduct production reviews
  • Revise strategies based on data to improve and grow!


essentials: 

  • Previous experience in partner sales and/or account management role(s) with a proven track record of exceeding income, growth and retention targets
  • Travel Insurance, traveltech, fintech or insurtech background is preferred 
  • Full understanding of b2b and b2b2c acronyms, with experience in both
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, negotiating, and managing partnerships
  • Devoted to current and emerging customer needs
  • Passionate, articulate and engaging, with a get-it-done mindset
  • A team player who also works well solo


even better: 

  • Travel Lines, P&C and/or A&H licensing is a plus
  • Startup experience in tech
  • Knowledge of A|B testing and tools
  • Worldwide travel
